Undergraduate Program in Educational Sciences at Hoda Faculty
The Educational Sciences program serves as the primary foundation for entering the professional world of education and training.

Educational Sciences Program
At the undergraduate level, the Educational Sciences program provides a scientific foundation for understanding the teaching-learning process and educational systems. Rather than focusing on a single specific practical skill, this program offers a comprehensive perspective on education from the angles of philosophy, psychology, management, and planning.

Educational Nature: This program acts as a roadmap for understanding the various dimensions of the education system. Students become familiar with courses such as Foundations and Principles of Educational and Curriculum Planning, Educational Management, Educational Psychology, Assessment and Measurement, and the Philosophy of Islamic Education.

Main Approach: The program’s approach is systems-oriented. The primary emphasis is on understanding how to design, implement, and evaluate educational processes at the classroom, school, and overall education system levels.

Career Path: Graduates of this level acquire a solid scientific foundation for advancing to specialized master’s programs. They can work in areas such as curriculum planning, academic counseling, school management, educational content production, and educational research.

2. Educational Technology
Educational Technology, known as “the link between the science of instructional design and modern learning tools,” represents a new paradigm that complements the traditional “classroom-centered education” approach with the “systematic design of learning experiences.” Instead of focusing solely on content delivery, this field aims to design, produce, and evaluate effective learning environments and media.

Areas of Study: Scientific study of instructional design, production of electronic content, learning psychology, educational media, virtual education and e-learning, and evaluation of educational programs.

Educational Objectives: Empowering students to design and produce multimedia educational packages, enhancing the effectiveness of the teaching-learning process, and preventing educational decline through the use of modern learning technologies.

Applications and Job Market: This specialization is highly applicable and growing in educational content production centers, virtual education institutions, seminaries and schools (design of modern educational approaches), educational organizations (improving educational productivity), and the digital content production sector. It is worth noting that this specialization has been offered for the first time in the city of Qom at Hoda Faculty.
